On our General Management scheme, you'll work closely with the most important people in our business: our customers. You'll learn how to solve their problems and exceed their expectations. And you'll learn it so well, when the programme is over, you'll be ready to become an Operational Manager.
What you'll do
You'll do four placements over 24 months. These placements will cover many areas, including driving delivery of our strategy, driving performance and process improvements and of course managing people. What's more, by the end of your 4 placements you will understand our customers inside-out and have the skills to manage teams to deliver excellent customer service.
What you'll need to bring
You'll need at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) in any subject, a real passion for serving customers and the ability to adapt to any situation. If you're the type of person who has lots of initiative and can naturally inspire those around you, even better.
