On our IT and Business Change scheme, you'll deliver the kind of innovative IT solutions that keep us moving forward. You'll ensure we have everything we need to grow and adapt in the future - and with the professional qualifications and experience you'll gain, you can do the same.
What you'll do
You'll do four placements over 24 months, including one overseas. Whether you're a Project Manager or an IT Business Analyst, you'll investigate how we ensure our IT strategy is taking us in the right direction, working with senior IT managers along the way. It may involve rolling out new technologies, or developing new applications and systems but always with the goal of transforming our business and market.
What you'll need to bring
First and foremost, you'll need to be passionate and enthusiastic about IT, technology and what it can achieve. You'll have at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science or a Business-related degree. You'll also need to be commercially-minded, willing to move abroad, and be able or willing to speak a second language. What's more, you should have a talent for adapting to any situation and succeeding.
