Customers who are hard of hearing
If you are deaf or hearing impaired and are using a textphone, you can call any of these numbers and dial 18001 before you dial the Central Networks number. The 18001 informs the telephone network that a call is being made from a textphone and the RNID Typetalk Operator will then join the line.
