Siddick Wind Farm is located on an adjacent site to another of our wind farms, Oldside, close to the coast. Being close to the shore the land is relatively flat and low compared with typical hillside wind farm locations, but recieves the benefit of undistrubed onshore winds, predominently from the west.

The wind farm was commissioned in 1996 and generates enough electrictiy to power over 2000 homes and saves the emission of 4746 tonnes of carbon dioxide each year.
