In the UK, wind farms are already producing enough electricity to power over one million homes.

At E.ON we have taken a leading role in the development of wind power in the UK since 1991, when we invested in our first wind farm. We now operate 21 wind farms - both onshore and offshore - including Robin Rigg in the Solway Firth, which is one of the largest offshore wind farms in Europe.

We are committed to the development of further onshore and offshore wind farms and have a significant number of sites in various stages of development.
